“Summer Nights” Success for SK
SK Clinic + Spa joined forces with SGR FM to be the exclusive sponsors of the first ever Suffolk Drive-in Movie – GREASE! which took place at Rougham Airfield on the evening of Saturday 20th September.
As 600 viewers pulled up in their cars, the brave SK team of 3 were proudly wearing branded Pink Ladies jackets, as seen in the film!
Lots of old American cars turned up to create a really good atmosphere as the 3 "SK Pink Ladies" stood at the arrival gates to welcome people whilst handing out SK brochures and pink promo leaflets.
All visitors received special Pink Vouchers which promoted an exclusive offer inviting everyone at this unique Drive-In to book a treatment at SK during the month of October and SK will donate 10% of each treatment value to Breast Cancer Awareness.
Lots of guests arrived dressed in the Grease attire to get into the spirit and the SGR FM promotions team were floating around also dressed as Pink Ladies.
Tonia Reed, spa manager of SK quotes "Everyone I spoke to felt it was something really different for Bury and they all enjoyed it. Logistically it was a bit of a nightmare with cars queuing on the A14 but overall the evening was deemed a great success by the organisers. We were thrilled with our 20-second advert on screen before the film began and we were available throughout the entire evening to promote our spa and generally have some good old fun. It was a great success for us and a thoroughly enjoyable and worthwhile event to take part in.
