Supermodel and Strictly Come Dancing celebrity Jodie Kidd spent two days at Pevonia’s flagship SK Clinic + Spa in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk where she was pampered and spoilt following her busy Strictly Come Dancing schedule and recent bout of flu. Jodie was looking forward to some TLC and she couldn’t have found a better sanctuary to relax and unwind. Jodie was treated to a unique SK experience, enjoying a range of luxurious Pevonia face and body treatments from SK’s highly skilled and expertly trained attentive therapists.
Although Jodie spends a lot of her time in Newmarket, this was her first visit to Bury St Edmunds and her first experience of SK Clinic + Spa. “From the moment I walked in it felt very welcoming. The spa is fantastically furnished, the building is absolutely beautiful. When I arrived I felt incredibly relaxed, and that feeling has intensified the longer I have stayed here. I will be so sad to leave” quoted Jodie.
Already an advocate for natural beauty products, all of Jodie’s treatments were carried out using the leading professional skincare line Pevonia Botanica, which contains 100% natural ingredients from the worlds finest marine and botanical extracts. Before returning home, Jodie was also gifted with a deluxe range of Pevonia homecare products to maximise the effects of the professional treatments she received during her time spent at SK.
When asked about Jodie’s views on natural skincare products, Jodie replied;“I am a country girl and am very into everything that is natural and organic. I will definitely add Pevonia products to my skincare routine. I have been so impressed with the range, I feel refreshed and rejuvenated. I have replenished all my tired muscles after three and a half months of dancing. I want everything and I can’t wait to take some Pevonia retail products back home with me.”
Throughout Jodie’s two day stay in Bury, she was chauffer-driven by Matt from Fleetwoods Luxury Travel who collected Jodie from her home in West Sussex. Jodie’s accommodation during her visit was provided by Tuddenham Mill Hotel, near Newmarket. “Matt arrived with a beautiful Mercedes people carrier so I could really stretch out and relax; it was the most relaxing journey, I fell asleep straight away! Matt really looked after me. Tuddenham Mill is such a beautiful place, my room was spectacular. The service from their staff was amazing and they catered to my every need, this is certainly a place where I will stay in again”
said Jodie. Tonia Reed, spa manager of SK quotes; “It was a real pleasure to have received Jodie into SK for a few days of well-deserved relaxation. My girls were so excited to have the opportunity to carry out a range of treatments for Jodie and see her sense of well being increasing over the days. This lady is extremely warm and personable and I very much look forward to welcoming her back into SK soon.”
Having been charmed by Bury St Edmunds and her experience at SK Clinic + Spa, we can look forward to regular visits from our new found celebrity friend. Strictly speaking, this won’t be the last we see of Jodie!
