MOTHER & BABY MASSAGE MORNINGS
A massage morning for mums and young babies aimed at offering mums a quality, relaxing massage as well as her youngster has been launched at SK.
SK Clinic + Spa has launched the new experience morning for mums and babies up to nine months old. Utilising a warm, candlelit dual treatment room, one therapist treats mum to a soothing massage whilst another qualified therapist carries out massage for baby. The benefits of gentle, calming massage for babies has long been recognised - improving their breathing, circulation, digestion and growth whilst the sessions offer mum the chance to enjoy a much-needed treatment for themselves without having to worry about finding childcare.
Mum of 6-month old Archie, Suzy Abbott was enthusiastic about her experience “I was really able to relax and enjoy my treatment knowing that Archie was having a lovely time, right beside me. He usually only sleeps for short periods but immediately after his massage he fell asleep straight away and slept for two hours!”
Mums and babies are encouraged to relax after their treatment in one of SK’s luxurious and comfortable chill-out areas which are reserved specifically for the massage mornings and if baby falls asleep, mums can take advantage of a full range of well being treatments, including Beau Visage, the latest celebrity skin scanning system. The team at SK are expertly skilled in the usual range of grooming and treatments as well as the more unusual ‘threading’ method of hair removal and hot towel shaves for men.
The massage mornings are offered from 10AM to 12PM every TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY and cost £30.00 for a pre-booked treatment.
