Reservations and Cancellation
Credit or debit card details are required to secure an appointment, however no payment will be taken until after your treatment(s). If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice, otherwise a fee will be charged. Pre-payment is required on SK packages with one week’s cancellation notice.
We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to ensure that we can take your details and welcome you into SK appropriately. If you arrive late for your scheduled time, we will endeavour to accommodate you but we cannot promise your full treatment time. You will still be charged the full price of the treatment(s) booked.
Please be aware that some treatments may not be suitable for customers with certain conditions therefore upon arrival you will be asked to fill in a medical consultation sheet. In the event of any treatment(s) being unsuitable for you, your therapist will advise an alternative. All tinting procedures require a patch-test 24 hours prior to treatment.
Some treatments may be unsuitable for guests with certain medical conditions, therefore we kindly ask you to disclose any relevant medical information when booking please.
For legal reasons, SK has a 5 year restriction with regards to treating customers where cancer occurrence is under 5 years, unless you can provide written consent from your GP or specialist/surgeon.
As a courtesy to other customers and to preserve the harmony of SK, we request that all mobile phones are switched off.
Children are not allowed in the spa under the age of 16 whilst parents have treatments. Any children and/or teenagers having actual spa treatments under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
SK offers a professional-only service - inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Courses are available on all treatments with attractive discounts, please enquire at reception.
SK Gift Vouchers
We offer a selection of vouchers which can be redeemed against any of our SK treatments, packages or retail products. They are non-refundable and are valid for one year commencing from the purchase date. Please note that SK Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any Partner Packages.
SK Loyalty Cards
SK believes in rewarding their customers for their loyalty therefore for every £10 spent with SK, you will receive 10 SK points which has a value of £1. Loyalty points are redeemable against SK treatments only, they have no alternative cash value and are not redeemable against any products retailed at SK. Points accrued will be automatically added to your loyalty card after each treatment. Once you have collected enough points, they can be redeemed against a treatment of your choice. You may choose to save up loyalty points to pay for a treatment in full, or make a part payment, deducting points earned against the cost of your treatment. SK Spa Parties
A venue of choice for private parties, champagne lunches or create your own tailored menu of treatments for you and your guests to try.
Food & Beverages
No food and beverages is permitted to be brought on site. SK has a seasonal menu, offering healthy light bites to compliment your treatments. Please ask at reception for the menu card.
Are per person and correct at time of print and are subject to alteration without prior notice. SK reserves the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.
